The Zoo opens all the year. Throughout the year, both the ticket offices and the Zoo facilities open at 10.00 am.

The Barcelona Zoo is in central Barcelona in the Park of the Ciutadella. There are two access points: One through the Park of the Ciutadella and the other by Carrer Wellington, next to the Passeig de Circumval•lació (ring road).
